Our Commitment

Terms of Service

The terms that govern your commissions with Parchment & Pearl.

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Parchment & Pearl website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Parchment & Pearl provides luxury wedding stationery design and fulfillment services. We offer curated design collections, a customization studio for personalizing your stationery, and professional printing through our fulfillment partner, StationeryHQ. Payments are processed by Stripe.

3. Orders and Payment

All orders require payment in full at the time of commission. Prices are displayed in United States Dollars. Printing, shipping, and applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. Once your proof is approved and submitted to production, your order is considered final and cannot be cancelled, except as described in Section 7.

4. Proof Review and Approval

Before production begins, you will receive a digital proof of your stationery for review. You are responsible for verifying all details, including names, dates, venue information, and spelling. Once you approve the proof, Parchment & Pearl is not liable for errors that were present in the approved proof. You may request revisions before approving.

5. Custom Goods

All stationery is custom-produced to your specifications. Because each order is made to order, completed orders generally cannot be returned or refunded. Please see our Returns & Reprints page for details on reprint insurance and our policy regarding printing errors.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, templates, and creative assets on this website are the property of Parchment & Pearl or our licensors. When you commission stationery, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the design for your wedding stationery. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or resell any designs.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel an order before your proof has been approved, and you will receive a full refund. Once the proof is approved and production has begun, cancellation is not available. If we are unable to fulfill your order for any reason, we will provide a full refund.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Estimated delivery timelines are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Parchment & Pearl is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events beyond our reasonable control. Please refer to our Shipping page for current estimated timelines.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Parchment & Pearl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from or related to an order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that specific order.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, reliability, or suitability of our services for any particular purpose, except as expressly stated in these terms or as required by applicable law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State in which Parchment & Pearl is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email. Continued use of our services after the revised terms take effect constitutes acceptance.
