When you place a commission or request a Sample Salon, we collect the information necessary to fulfill your order: your name, email address, shipping address, and payment details. We may also collect the customization details you provide for your stationery, such as names, dates, and venue information.

When you browse our website, we may collect standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited, through cookies and similar technologies.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to fulfill your commissions, communicate about your orders, improve our services, and comply with applicable legal obligations. We do not use your personal data for unsolicited marketing unless you have opted in to receive correspondence from us.

3. Third-Party Service Providers

We share your information with the following service providers, solely as necessary to deliver our services:

  • Stripe processes payment transactions on our behalf. Your payment card details are transmitted directly to Stripe and are not stored on our servers. Stripe’s privacy policy governs its handling of your payment information.
  • StationeryHQ is our print fulfillment partner. We share your shipping address and order specifications with StationeryHQ to produce and deliver your stationery.
  • Supabase provides our database hosting infrastructure, with encryption at rest and in transit.

We may also share information with other service providers (such as email delivery and analytics tools) as reasonably necessary to operate our business. We require all service providers to handle your data in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

4. We Do Not Sell Your Data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes. Your data is used exclusively in service of your relationship with Parchment & Pearl and the fulfillment of your orders.
