Ordering

How do I place an order?

Browse our collections, select a design, and personalize it with your details in our customization studio. Once you review and approve your proof, your commission enters production.

Can I customize the text and layout?

Every design is personalized with your names, date, venue, and details. Our customization studio guides you through each field, and your Directrice reviews every proof for typographic harmony.

What is the minimum order quantity?

Our standard minimum is 50 pieces per design. For smaller quantities or bespoke requests, please contact us directly.

Proofs and Approval

Will I see a proof before printing?

Always. You will receive a digital proof for review before any printing begins. Production starts only after you have approved every detail.

Can I request changes to my proof?

You may request revisions to your proof before approving. We encourage careful review — once approved, the proof is considered final and production begins.

Paper and Printing

What paper do you use?

We print on 400gsm archival cotton — a substantial, museum-quality stock with a soft, tactile finish. This is the same grade used by fine art printmakers and luxury publishers.

What printing methods are available?

Our standard offering includes premium digital printing on archival cotton. Letterpress, foil stamping (gold, silver, rose gold, copper), and embossing are available as luxury finishes.

Can I request a sample before ordering?

We offer a Sample Salon for $25 that includes archival cotton swatches, letterpress impressions, and palette studies. The $25 is credited toward your commission.

Turnaround and Delivery

How long does production take?

Standard production is 7–10 business days from proof approval. Express production (3–5 business days) is available for an additional fee. Shipping time is additional.

When should I order my invitations?

We recommend placing your commission 10–12 weeks before your wedding date. This allows time for design, proofing, production, and mailing to your guests.

Customization

Can I use my own fonts or colors?

Our designs use carefully curated font pairings and palettes to maintain consistent quality. If you have a specific request, please contact us — we are happy to discuss bespoke options.

Do you offer matching pieces beyond invitations?

Yes. Most collections include matching RSVP cards, save the dates, thank you cards, menus, programs, and place cards. Each piece is designed as part of a cohesive suite.
